I can decide to renew the Company's corporations or i decide to start a new corporation in another Country if am not pleased with their laws.

no one can forbid you to launch a project. There are more warnings here for your potential investors, that there is a great risk that they will be deceived for money.

You talking about $800k for six months, where is money from your previous success and why you do not invest them in your new business?

You can check the success of the last project by reading my post here (check archive for link), and if it is an indicator of success then everyone in their right mind should seriously ask themselves whether this project will end in the same way.

All those figures that the OP brags about are just imaginary numbers in his head - on paper it may look good, but in reality it is not easy to achieve even 10% of what is imagined.

From this statement it make him more shady since he told that he's successful already so for sure he don't need any investors help to launch the project and $800k is not small amount to achieve to that's why I'm doubting to this project since it has so many red flags. That's why people need to be aware of the same promise like this since they cannot get good returns if they believe in this scheme.

You should try and clear the doubts and answer the questions raised by members here. Instead of ' I don't card attitude.
Remember it was you who asking for investment so you will be grilled. Money is not cheap that yo when you asking for big amount.

Will the project would still launch??? Damn. I cannot wait to see some users in here to have their work turn onto ashes with such manners. I don't get why you would come up to this forum, seeking for partners, yet fails and resists for evidences and answers. I wish I've known your project so I could verify it as well. But honestly, prioritizing to gather more people onto your shady business is your biggest mistake. If you already have internal problems within your company/project, you must resolve it even before the implementation of your project. I'll keep looking for your launch, as you might cause more trouble.
