Before sending a token to an exchange, the exchange in question will always warn against sending a token to a wrong address, as it might be lost, some exchanges even go further to having a minimum deposit you can send to an address, when you violate that as well, your token will be lost. Well, since no one is above mistakes and there is no harm in trying, maybe you can still try to contact the customer care to see if there is any way out for such issues, as i believe they will be in a better position to direct you or tell you what to do. Lastly, in order not to raise your hopes high, you can consider it as lost while trying every other option available, also try and be persuasive, don't back down easily.
