We just crossed 3M users, so let's see who's the most active in terms of posts Jr. Member with only 1 received merit?

This is not surprising considering that almost all of this user's message history consists of bounty reports.

Are you serious? I didn't check the profile though; having such huge number of bounty reports by a single user? How come?
Since we have a lot of such members without merit, why don't admin just step in and limit their account as they are confirmed spammer? For instance, if you are not receiving X number of merit within 100 posts/ or higher/lower, you will be considered as spammer and thus you are not allowed to post in the forum. I guess it would be a better solution.

Theymos wouldn't do that, the forum has no intention of making merits a prerequisite to posting, and it'll be somewhat synonymous with the previously existed newbie jail, and Theymos has said he doesn't intend doing that again:

Limiting newbie participation is very harmful for a community. Newbie jail will never return: I consider the newbie-jail period to have been extremely damaging to the forum. When barriers to participation are too high, then the best people often just won't go to the trouble of joining, and the people who are willing to jump through the hoops are often people who aren't good for the community: people with nothing better to do, scammers, get-rick-quickers, etc. Having a permanent newbie jail policy would improve things a lot in the short-term, but would end up being a fatal poison to the community.

I know come what may, a good poster ought to earn a merit between one to a hundred posts, but still merits isn't always accurate enough to determine a spammer or not.

I didn’t mean to limit newbie. If anyone is here for years and have posted 500 times, they are not newbie anymore. But if they are still newbie with their rank, they certainly are spammer and should be limited in some ways I think. Nevertheless, it’s off topic here. I can start a thread.

What if his goal is not to rank up but just to earn by bounties. Is this guy even realising he is getting so much attention? 

What do you think, if we give this guy 9 merit (he has posts except reports and poa) and he becomes Member, will he join signature campaigns and starts making more valuable posts.

Surprise surprise! I found that I'm also hodling some shitcoins. So I found out that I have 888,888 KickToken and 1 YouDeal Token, I have absolutely no idea where these tokens arrived from in my ETH wallet. I never gave my address in public; I never used a centralized exchanges. All the transfers I made with this address were with some individuals I dealt Bitmain coupons with.

Who knows, maybe your address came to KickToken's field of vision by accident, but honestly, I don't believe in coincidences.

Here's an example for you ... During the Fantom.Foundation ICO, a list of everyone who submitted applications and everyone who was whitelisted was published on their official GitHub, (this is 84,000 Eth Addresses), and this is not an isolated case ...

Then the managers of such shitty companies as KickToken take these lists and use free airdrop services to send a meager amount of their shitcoins. This is done for various reasons, for example, to comply with the formalities when applying for a listing. Thus, you have, as it were, 10,000 formal hodlers, and at the same time you can be sure that these coins will not be sold as the exchanges have minimum limits.

Therefore, your address could easily have been added to such lists without your knowledge. [Don't forget that these lists change hands so don't be surprised if you get a couple more coins]

I have been watching this account for a long time. And I can say with confidence that this account is not the only one. Just the owner is tidy. He doesn't confuse his social media accounts with each other. Also, wallets always belong to the same account. Therefore, there can be no complaints about him in terms of cheating.
And yes. He is very interested in a variety of shitcoins. We can assume that this is his hobby, and he is in some way a collector.

I envy the amount of free time he has. Just look on his post history and compare it to Bounties (Altcoins). As soon as new bounty campaign appear - he is in. Imagine how much time he spends on social media and reports. His total time logged is not long, but total time spend behind the PC is probably scary. First I thought he uses bot or somehow automated his actions, but he has simple posts to.

Anyway, about his bounty hobby/work - he is either hard-working and plodding, or very lonely person. Or he is kept by force and forced to participate in bounties  Hey Tnt1971, just blink if that is true.

So much time has he blindly spent joining in almost any Bounty. He did and he has been a collector of any shitcoin in that wallet. Of course this is one of his wallet I'm trying to browse, the 99 altcoin stored there are enough to say he's a collector. LOL
