based on my impression, checking the website and your wp, do you really have the capability to deliver your mission here - develop a security protocol for quantum computers in the next few years in order to be able to protect all computers in the world?
you have 6-page wp with no explanation how you can achieve this mission? also can you disclose your team members, just to assess about their background.
