Here is full story from the first day:

I first deposited here on 19 Nov 2020 - 10mbtc and lost it.
After that I had few deposits and 3 withdrawals of total 103.87mbtc.

On 12 December problems started after I requested 42.82mbtc withdrawal.
-They usually processed withdrawals in 2 hours but this one took more so I decided to contact them.
On 13th December I asked them to speed up processing of the transaction.

- About first voided bet on handball I was 100% right and proved it but they decided to void that bet but compensated me with bonus on my suggestion. I gave them another chance.

Let me explain:

- Before this bet I placed bet on same player on under 21.5 https://postimg.cc/xJTJPz9T
but after I read that Harden will not play I placed all of my remaining funds on same player on OVER 21.5 @1.64. Who is experienced in betting on player points and also have a little of logic will understand why I placed all my money on over even before I played on under.
- They can check that Harden was out before I placed second bet.
- As Harden was out only what I can place in this situation is over, no one in the world would play under in a stated situation.
- I'm too experienced to make such a mistake.
- So we all now know that they changed my bet from OVER to UNDER! This is key thing of my scam acquisition. Sad is they forgot to change odds.
- The fact that it took them two days to "realize that bet was supposedly settled wrong" is not working in their favor.
- The fact that this is my biggest winning ticket and I made a wrong bet exactly on it doesn't work for them either.

I must note - Only bet which is not voided is bet which I placed with 50mbtc which they gave me as a compensation for all voided bets! They think with this 50mbtc they will solve my case but they are wrong.
-Even for that 50mbtc of compensation they required 2X rollover lol! They always force me to play and lose.
- Even if I placed that bet wrongly they had to honor all bets after that and not void them.
-After all messages they didn't stop, they notified me that they implemented the bonus system and called me to deposit again and take the bonus?!   That say too much about them. They are in need of new sheep.
-They don't want to disclose contact of their betting provider. I now believe that they are just stealing api from 1xbet without 1xbet knowing about that. Is that possible? They are doing crime if yes and we should do something about this.
-They even do not know to write . They make too many spelling mistakes when answering to e-mails.

They are doing almost the same things. Forcing players to play, giving bonuses with similar or almost the same requirements. Malubit did not changed my bet but they logged in to my account and placed all my money on big odd on horse. That bet won but they closed my account after that and closed the site.
Very very similar things. I call all players to never deposit here. This site will be closed very soon.
I am now expecting adkins dogs will attack me but I was also attacked by malubit dogs and I proved to be right. In this case I will 1000% again be right.   My next step will be contacting Curacao gambling.

Makes sense as you can see they were communicating back and forth before escalating matters to the public. There is nothing wrong with making companies that advertise on the forum accountable on the forum.

It's a weird spot to be in. Mistakes can happen but I'm guessing this is going to take some digging on the Adkins site. I'm fuzzy on a few things here @AdkinsBET might be able to clarify about the operations aspect.

- Why did it take so long to confirm and settle this bet? I don't do a ton of punting but isn't this normally an instant matter once official scores are in? Why in this particular instance did it take longer to verify?

Is there a chance that there was in internal system error when this bet was placed, that then caused a cascade effect. For example the bet was placed as stated, something goes wrong and it then appears to have been placed as a losing bet in the system- requiring the extra effort to verify the bet.

- Do you have the ability to go back and see if the given odds for their betslip were at any point 1.64 for the under (sorry if that's the wrong odds/bet) - All I mean to say is at any point were the odds they are showing on their betslip actually available. This could be a clear indication of a system error.

I didn't really follow the rest, but I'm guessing your voided bets were part of a combo ticket. In that case I can understand their position for voiding the whole ticket; given they believe you placed a losing bet. Th 50mbt is a nice gesture on that part but I believe there can be a lot more clarity around this particular betslip; I'm not ruling out human error.
