I think this is time to correction of BTC market that happening. Actually i am too much happy about this market that BTC not going down below 31k$ and up to 36k$. I think this is good market scenario for all so that investors can easily make decision for investment that may be in BTC or any other altcoin. But where BTC will hit at last it does not know anybody. So give your step very carefully at this point.

a pretty good strategy, of course, to buy bitcoin when the price moves down and sell it in the short term, but in my opinion, when the market experiences price movements quickly, it is certainly very risky if we think about short-term profits, and when we don't immediately sell when the price moves up, we can get caught in it when we only want to think about short term gains, and I think about short term gains, it's better if we can trade in altcoins of course don't need a lot of capital.

somehow the dip is enough to say it had dip low. i wouldn't wait for its price to dip lower than how much it currently is. but i think its a good time already to at least spend to buy some BTC. yesterday while it dip to $29,000 was good price. Now we are trying to break the $40k mark again and since the price is still at the top by this time, we are close to the point where we won't see another $20k mark. Looking back, it was a great moment to buy, but who could have known that there will be a big pump today, right when Bitcoin had a bearish cross. Most people were hoping that 30k would defend and it somewhat did. It really looked like 30k broke to the downside but Bitcoin often does the unexpected. I believe we had a huge futures liquidation on the way to 30k and they all bought back today. Wall Street is manipulating the price again, but hey, it's going up I won't say I'm unhappy.

Despite the massive pump we have seen recently bitcoin price is pretty stable so far. The correction hasn't been enough to drive bitcoin to a bearish market yet, what is very good and shows bitcoin is stronger than ever. I believe it's due to the fact instutional investors are more present in crypto universe right now, quite the opposite of years ago.
If holders are able to control themselves and not become greedy bitcoin is going to become very rare to be found for sale very soon, what will boost the price to even higher levels, benefiting everyone who is immersed in crypto currency already, but at same time it will prejudice potential new investors willing to join the market for the first time.

I am of the opinion that anytime can be a good time to buy depending on the investor and the funds, that is, institutional investors just buy when they want to without bothering about the price, and which is one of the reason why Bitcoin grew so much, on the other hand, depending on the type of funds and assuming a non institutional investor, he can decide to buy when the price must have dropped to a  certain amount, which is most feasible.
Nevertheless, I agree with you, with the price drop of Bitcoin, offers a good opportunity to buy more and sell as at when due, but however it is also good to take into account the nature of this space, that is, a news might further bring down the price, therefore one need to be prepared in all ways.
