Nakakatawa airdrop na 'to. You need to pay 0.01 ETH as 'service fee' just so you can claim the token; doesn't really sounds like an airdrop if you're paying for it. I understand if you would have to make a few expenses for transaction fees for trading it and transferring it pero for just claiming it? Nah. Fee.io's $FEE token airdrop is now supposedly be done by batch kasi ayaw daw nila ma-clog yung ethereum network when they release the tokens.  
Anyways, you need to fill up the whitelist form to be able to claim first. Pupwede din naman daw mag claim later on but the thing is, only 50 million $FEE token are available for claiming at kapag naubos na yun, tapos na ang airdrop.
