What's this problem with trustwallet? I have tried to send the btc. The tx is confirmed. No problem with amount. Everything is okay. I don't use trustwallet. It's one of my friends tx who is confused (me too).

Has the bitcoin left the wallet-your friend- is using to send it,? I think it's a bug and your friend should calm down and maybe try the transaction latter, I don't use trust wallet, I hope you find more answers to this

This problem can be solved by the trust wallet support team. I hope you will get your problem solved.
And my advice for you that you should update trust wallet from play store and then try again.

It seems like he isn't using latest version which is the case here. I have tried google search and found that's the problem most of the times.
Normally i'd advice to restore your Bitcoin with provided seed/mnemonic words/recovery phrase on another wallet, but i don't whether their recovery phrase could be used on another Bitcoin wallet.
I have no idea whether trust wallet have such option to get seed, private key. I have asked him to do the same. I asked him to use electrum long ago but he didn't.

I never encounter that issue even since before but since you need a clarification regarding on your issue better to reach them on their telegram channel here @trustwallet tap one of the admins and for sure your issue  will be solved by them. For now try to update your wallet and wait maybe there's a delay happen that's why those issue pop up.

There’s close to no information around on the displayed error, so it does seem that contacting support should be the first option (https://support.trustwallet.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

There’s a wee entry here on what to do if you cannot see your funds, which is not exactly the same, but perhaps what's listed under step 4 may help to resolve the issue (at least, they seem to point to following the procedure in multiple problematic scenarios). Following the link on step 4 there’s further detail, and it verses on how to deal with the recovery phrase (at which point you likely move on to a better wallet). As usual, tread with care in all this (I'd contact support as the first option though): https://community.trustwallet.com/t/my-crypto-is-missing-what-should-i-do/1450

I had the same problem today while I was trying to move my Dodge coin from my Trust wallet to Binance exchange
The pop-up kept on coming as I continued trying
Almost gave up on the coin
But as a programmer when we have issues we can't fix we get the bug and search it on goggle that I did.
From the previous post on goggle the  trust wallet support team says update your wallet
