I checked your forum posts and it seems that you have mostly short, general posts which don't add any new value to the forum.
In answering your question, to progress on the forum you need to find a way to help other members or share something new or useful.

The main purpose of this forum is for you to learn, engage with the community and give value rather than just focusing on ranking up or begging for merits. If you are here just for sending a lot of proof of authentications or low quality posts, then you will have a big problem in the long run. You know why? No one sees you as a valuable member of the forum because of that kind of mindset. You don’t deserve to get paid or anything if you continue with that mindset. No shortcuts here, it must be earned.

You want to get ranked? First, erase that kind of mindset. Second, start making a habit in posting one helpful topic to the community every day. For sure, you will be getting some merit from someone you don’t know if your topic is very helpful and valuable to the community.

Everything is laid down in the forum for you to learn, if you just check discussions in the forum its everywhere, the only thing you need to do is to harness that information, and learn, yes your goal is to rank up but is it learning not a challenge for you? how will you rank up if your only goal is just to rank up, by the why even if you rank up, that does not guarantee anything, this is when the word make criticism a motivation, imagine what you have done instead of complaining, I have been a newbie but never complain of why I'm not ranking up, you don't get the point of what others are saying that you should learn, your in a hurry to rank up, take it slow it will help you in the long run.

If it is cancer, the forum would disable it. It is opened for good posters but the forum does not manage campaigns. It is up to applicants and campaign managers. Applicants need to show managers that their post quality is good enough to help company achieve what they want.

If you don't spam, managers will welcome you.

The purpose of the forum

This forum exists to provide a platform for the free (but ordered) exchange of ideas. If you have an idea to express, then it is probably possible to do it here as long as you follow the rules.

A lot of people come here primarily looking to make money. The forum administration is very happy that people are able to use the forum in order to better themselves; indeed, one of the reasons for Bitcoin's creation was to break the artificial barriers which prevent so many people around the world from attaining prosperity. However, if your attempts to make money conflict with the forum's primary goal of enabling discussion, then you are swimming upstream, and you will not be sucessful in the end.

If you view the forum as some sort of "job" where you complete some basic tasks and get paid, then you will almost certainly be disappointed, and the forum administration will not be sympathetic. If you do make money using the forum, then it will be through innovation and entrepreneurship, not any sort of mindless busywork.

Op there is nothing bad being a newbie, Jr member, member or full member like my present forum rank now. These are all cadres here and all have a role to play for each other and to the forum. They make the forum stay in existence at least. In human society also, there are stages and levels in life that you have to attend by either your targeted hard work or luck. Here in example, you can be lucky if a member mistakenly send 50+ to your account. This will be your luck because merit is not reversible, even the member was drunk or not 

You need to channel your poetic prowess to some other line of lyrics and rhymes IMO.
