Too risky pump and dump activities I wonder how many people or newbies fall for this, honestly I also join the fun and accumulate small amount just for safety purposes and if ever it wont work well but to my surprised the result is insane almost reached the previous resistance but eventually this didn't last and dump again in just a matter of minutes.
don't forget Jan 2018.. still huge army of them who bought xrp 3+ usd... now, some folks in telegram and reddit try to change the world...as for me, all this pump and dump groups should be hardly punished, because a lot of newbies lost money, lost trust to blockchain... it looks like casino.. also, all this guys who think they fight against wall street... just remember, what happened after stock market crash of October 1929.. |

you pump. they dump.  It was what I've said and too bad that many have believed these such pump and dump schemes. People never learn from the past that it's just for those organizers to gain but not for those that will believe and join. I'll quote what I've said a few hours before the dump existed. Too bad those believers will be ripped off once they start pumping it. Those bag holders will have a quiet goodbye to you guys. This seems to work just like the WSB which is the trend but you know it's XRP and we're in crypto.
It's a very volatile market with lawsuit and fear that circulates towards it, you've got to be serious if you're determined to buy and holding it for more. While those who have bought earlier will leave you to sell without even saying a thank you.

you' were right This type of activities was very popular in 2017 and 2018. Many new users were attracted to pump the price and were left with coins or tokens of much lower value, because the founders of the groups, of course, were selling everything as first. Same story here.. |

The rally is over and now XRP is falling again. If you get stuck on FOMO, congrats you will regret it now. the price is hard to go up and maybe the pump is really over now. I sympathize with those who bought over 0.5$ yesterday. thinking it's not too late, but in the end being the ones who are left behind, what a shame they are.

Guess what, many expected it was a pump. There had been a lot of pump and dump groups roaming around the market creating hype for altcoins. People should be cautious and invest with due diligence. These groups usually cash their money out before the time they had set. Only the core team within the group gets the most of this pump and people who gets FOMO being left out. XRP seems to have their own market, whenever the market moves it becomes stable, and when the market drops it rises. It's one of the most common coin that is targeted by pump and dump group since there are a lot of XRP believers despite the current lawsuit.

Obvious that this is a fake, I mean what do you think just some stranger sharing something on bitcointalk would make it go up? Fundamentals haven't changed a bit, hence why it is already down to 44 cents right now and I guarantee you that the price will go down under 40 cents very very soon, and it is going to be under 30 cents in under a month as well. Why do I insist on this? Because I know that the legal works are not done yet and SEC still lit a fire under Ripple executives and as long as that continues we are not going to have any problems at all.
Definitely we are in a situation where we can end up with profitable returns in the end, but that doesn't mean that it is not risky neither, as long as this investigation continues we do not know what is going to happen, it could be anything at all, up or down or stable. I just think they are going to drop for the next month, maybe in few years it may go up.

That was not even a rally worthy of mentioning. Last year,,, we saw over 60% daily gains two days in a row, and the third day was just positive too,,, at least that seemed to last a while until SEC news came in. This rally shows crypto reddit is not strong enough I guess only small market cap coins can work?

Many newbies got fomo in xrp so for sure with loses for those who bought at $0.7 above. There are still xrp believer that price will reach $1 once the sec issues will be clear. Lesson learned once again not to believe those group claim that price will reach at all time high again, it just a pump and dump group creating hype.

It was pumped by a big group and the majority of members of this group were the ripple supporters. I have heard that if some people were also saying that WSB was also playing in this pump. Ripple is getting dumped again after the bad news from SEC 70 cents already achieved by ripple a few months ago. We may need to get more evidence about the existence of this group. |

Agree, last pump dumps make XRP coin dirtier, i still avoid XRP and prefer another project which have good vision and roadmap. Absolutely the pump will fail, sell pressure is very high, especially when the price goes up many people want to sell their XRP to avoid any loss in the future. |
