I have visited London myself but never been in new York.

They're both overpriced dumps. Why you'd want to live in either when you could live for 1/20th the price in the peaceful countryside, where no one will try to kill you or defacate outside your home, is beyond me.

Okay hear me out, these two are well overrated and there's tons of places out there that aren't polluted and are more peaceful and gives so much better opportunities. I'd be willing to go on both but only as a tourist then I'd settle on a more peaceful side of the world.

Average salary in the New York is better than Lindon as per the stats but the cost of living as well a lot higher than London so it better depends on how much yoh are earning not with the state names alone.

And due to the Pandemic both places highly affected but London is more compared to NY so the vote should be opt for NY.

I’ve visited New York once only, for 5 days & nights. I really enjoyed it, I wouldn’t want to live there though. It’s too expensive & I prefer a quieter place to live. I lived in London for 7 years as a small boy but my Father moved us further north. I wouldn’t want to live in either city. Both have good job prospects but I’d rather live outside the city.

I prefer New York by it's history and huge economical potential that it has, there you have a lot of opportunities to became a good business-man or realize your wishes! It is a well developed city with a lot of offers for work and all time needs new qualified citizens and sure, I can say that headquarter of UN is situated also here, so it is also a city with political importance.

Both cities don't have the greatest weather and are horrible overpriced. Buying an apartment in either of the two cities is nearly impossible. If I really had to decide one of the two cities I would probably prefer London because it's in Europe and 80% of my friends life in Europe. Within 1-2 hourse you can take a plane to most of the other European cities, if of course the corona pandemic is over. But the food should be better in New York than in London. Though choice.
