record yourself speaking about something! once I did that and noticed that my eyes would dart around and my tone would change depending if I knew what I was talking about or not. maybe in the beginning it made me more self-conscious that I did those things, but eventually I was more aware of things I wanted to change and eventually learn to speak a bit more assertively, also slower

I think we all lost a bit of confidence & became awkward in social situations due to lockdowns & being restricted throughout covid. I guess the best way tp get back to normal & be good in social situations is just to get back out there & be around people.
