Binance will list Marlin (POND) in the Innovation Zone and will open trading for POND/BTC, POND/BUSD and POND/USDT trading pairs at 2021-03-09 8:00 AM (UTC). Users can now start depositing POND in preparation for trading.
What is Marlin (POND)?
Marlin is an open protocol that provides a high-performance programmable network infrastructure for DeFi and Web 3.0. By optimizing the network layer, Marlin aims to deliver a decentralized web where applications secured via the blockchain are indistinguishable in terms of performance from Web 2.0. Binance choices for listing is quite weird, is not it?
I mean that is true Pond is a good project for development and enhance DeFi network, but why now? if they really care about the development of DeFi network, they could list it last month or a few months ago when DeFi starts to boom or when they were actively making a partnership. unlike now, they do not really do much noise other than community call.
they are really out of the box when it comes to listing.
