You can try to surfing on the github that already published by some exchange site. The majority of dex are opensource and you can get the code from there and try to implement it by yourself by change the name of it.
The majority of dex is only copy pasting from the existing code that used by the old dex but it was adding the new features only.

It depends on what kind of exchange you are trying to create.
Are you looking at a centralized exchange or just a DEX?

I hope you are also aware that there are lots of dead exchanges out there due to no trading volume in them

You created that coin yourself? And now you want to create your own exchange? That is either very impressive or somewhat scammy. An exchange is not so easily created plus you have to get active users and create liquidity on your coin/Token. It’s not an easy journey that’s for sure!

Creating a cryptocurrency exchange for the altcoin itself must be a very complex and resource-intensive decision.  You also need to make an attractive offer so that users are interested in your services.

If you are picking a cex that means I am looking into security, I am trusting all my money into an exchange and I am not willing to just let them get hacked and tell me that all my money is gone, I never trade on smaller exchanges, those are always keen on saying "oops we got hacked, bye" and leave, I always pick either binance, or my local exchange, nothing else. I do pick my local because I know where they are, they are literally on a walking distance, so it is quite easy for me.

Secondly if I pick dex, I do not pick ETH, that is as bad as it gets, people assume that since ETH is the most used one they have to use that, but look at the numbers, we are talking about 8-9 dollar fee nowadays, I go with either tron or bnb because their chains are much faster and much cheaper, and I mean like I paid 16 cents recently for moving money around, THAT cheap.

You are trying to create one then you should really be more specific if you are tending to create;

•Centralized
•Decentralized

If you do talk about centralized then it would be better to find cex for your coins to be listed and that would really save your time and effort
instead on making a dedicated website for you coin.You wouldnt even know if someone will really be buying your coin
even if you do create a sole site for it.

IMHO, there is no need for you to make an exchange specific to your altcoin. I know that there are successful exchanges that have made their tokens worthy because of it. But the game has already changed and investors won't be seeking for new opportunities anymore that are the same as before. There could be some who are still looking for that type of project but if you just focus looking for an exchange where to list your coin that's much better than to put much effort in making an exchange but in the end, you'll struggle getting market makers and liquidity on it.
