Good evening, guys, I've been missing from the community for a while. I was more active in the Brazilian community, I rarely appear here.

I'd like to know what you think about BTCPay Server, don't you know what it is? Go to https://btcpayserver.org/

In short, BTCPay is a self-hosted payment gateway for Bitcoin, you can register your XPUB to receive directly on your wallet, without paying sales fees, it follows the idea of not depending on a third party, it is one of the best bitcoin projects that I've seen in my entire life, it would be very interesting for you who don't know or know little to search around. Ohhh it's opensource.

I need to know if any merchant is already accepting it, if anyone already accepts it on your online store site, if it has integration for any ecommerce tool (Woocommerce, shopify etc).

Who has used Wordpress with BTCPay working correctly in your store?

Are orders being processed in Woocommerce as soon as blockchain confirmation occurs?

Are BTCPay's communication with your online site communicating well?

Who has used Wordpress with BTCPay working correctly in your store?
Based on my experienced BTCpayserver is working fine it is one of the best payment processors for BTC and for Wordpress.
But only tried it with 3rd party because I can't afford to run a whole node, it's working well on my old store selling digital products.

Are orders being processed in Woocommerce as soon as blockchain confirmation occurs?
Depends on you if how much confirmation you want to set before you release the product.

Are BTCPay's communication with your online site communicating well?

What do you mean? Is it the BTCpay support? they have it on their official site but I didn't try to contact them.

Anyway, there is another option as a payment processor you can also try blockonomics they are also an awesome processor for Woocommerce.

You can find more payment gateway here https://github.com/alexk111/awesome-bitcoin-payment-processors

Thanks for commenting, here we go:

When I asked "Is BTCPay's communication with your online site communicating well?"

You practically answered part of the question I had, since I work at an ecommerce that uses BTCPay, but as soon as the blockchain is confirmed (it is configured as 1-conf required), the BTCPay within the listed invoices confirms the order, but nothing is changed inside the woocommerce store.

We've tried everything, it's set for the order to be changed to "Processing" as soon as you get 1 confirmation in the settings, but nothing happens.

I'm looking to know if anyone is experiencing the same problem and how they solved it.

So you mean you tried to send for one order and got 1 confirmation but nothings happen? It should be marked as paid unless you send a different amount lower than the ask amount from the invoice? If that is the case the invoice status will show "partially paid" if you pay less than the ask amount.

If it doesn't show anything even you paid it in full then there might be conflict from your setup. Do you have some kind of cache plugin? Try to clear the cache first or disable it temporarily to test.

I am not running any website, so I haven't been using it as a payment getaway. But I made payments on Namecheap via BTCPAYSERVER. The fund was added to the account after one confirmation if I can recall correctly. There was no issue at all. Once someone asked for suggestions about selecting a payment getaway, I suggest they use BTCPAYSERVER always. I discourage using any other payment getaway which isn't under the control of Merchant means private keys aren't controlled by Merchant.

I used BTCServer in the past with wordpress and woocomeerce. I didn't use it in a real ecommerce website but rather for testing purposes, though.
Every thing went well and every time I make a payment and it gets enough confirmations the order status changes accordingly.
However, one of the common reasons behind this problem is the WooCommerce Admin plugin which blocks calls to BTCPay server resulting in order status not changing. If you have this plugin installed, make sure it's deactivated and see if this solves the problem.
Also, make sure the payment transaction has enough confirmations before the invoice expires and that you properly configured all the BTCPay order statuses to trigger the right Woocommerce status.

Blockonomics is the same, merchants only need x/ypub,  though you need to rely on the payment status from blockonomics server for callbacks to merchant's website to process the order/payment that's why they ask 1% payment per successful tx after their first free 10 tx.

But ofc, btcpay is on different level and its the first option for recommendation.

Did you follow this guide ---> https://docs.btcpayserver.org/WooCommerce/?
in most cases this is either browser error (Delete cookies and use your default browser settings or change your browser) Or you Customized BTCPay WooCommerce Plugin part.

you must choose and edit this settings

Quote
Paid - order paid, not confirmed on the blockchain.
Confirmed - order paid, confirmed on the blockchain, does not have a sufficient number of confirmations set in BTCPay tore settings.
Complete - order paid, confirmed on the blockchain with a sufficient number of confirmations.
Invalid - order paid, did not get a sufficient number of confirmations in a pre-defined time-frame set in BTCPay store settings.

In general, no one reported a bug or a problem with WooCommerce, so you should modify your settings.
