So what's that supposed to mean? As far as I know, for the player it's not even possible to cancel a withdrawal. At least I didn't find any option or button to cancel it.
Meaning, the email is a blatant lie.

If you didn't have the presumption of malice before, then this should move the needle (at least a notch)
Don't really see this going anywhere though: any response you'll get will probably place the responsibility on your end or throw some other ToS at you.

Did you ask them why on the site it said "declined" instead of "cancelled" ?

Problem here is, Adkins pretty much gave up on their bitcointalk account some days ago, you can read it in their thread.

So whatever happens, by posting here I doubt you will get the result you want.

Because of sites like this I keep my real money on regulated places like betfair.

I have my fair share of bad experiences with btc sites. it was fun for a while but all these problems made me go back to trusted sites.
