Where did you get the wallet infos ? It just doesn’t work . like the one 1BSmyTdYpsHA5JhLS9azGmVADuJRiLWE5Z the file says dima+8charaters but this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5273338.0 says only six characters .whats the right info for each wallet . someone has randomly switch them

Fake info + fake wallet. It is easier to sell fake wallets if you make the user believe he has a chance to crack them.
Even allprivatekeys website says this one is fake (see comment).

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

One Million percent ALL password Information's are fake. Lets put it this way if you had a wallet which was yours with some BTC on it that you found on your HDD from back in 2011 or when ever. Would you really sell it if you had some idea of the password or would you just keep it knowing that you will remember sort of what you used and use something like BTCRecover? Or use that guy David (whatever) I think his name is that, who will recover it using these methods for a no win no fee based on passwords known to you that you have used your whole life if you're not all that tech savvy.

I have sorted all the wallets that I think could be legit which is a possible 16 wallets and 7 wallets I am unsure of out of the 80-90 wallets I have, I also would not be surprised if they are all fake too.

Edit: I still did not hear back from the guy that owns AllPrivateKeys & Satoshidisk <-- (Scammy Site) regarding his hashes for each of his wallets. My conclusion is that they are the same Wallets going around publicly for free. He clearly marks the price high for his wallets to come across more legit but sends a FAT RED FLAG by not sharing the hash of each wallet.

I have also not heard back from MA40 to give me the other wallets to investigate, so no doubt they're all dodgy too. I do have screen shots of many of these wallets being dodgy and will post for people to see.

Conclusion ................. Do not BUY any of these wallets. I will send free to non new accounts as I have acquired more then what I originally shared.

@Antoni4eva
I agree with you that most files on allprivatekeys are the same ones that are circulating around. Some even have the same filesize for a given wallet. When the wallet sizes are different, I've noticed it's just because the seller syncs the wallets before selling them (so transaction data is added in the wallet file).
However, I don't think not sharing the whole hash is a red flag - it makes sense, I think. Because then you don't need to buy anything from him: you can try to crack all hashes first, then buy the ones you successfully cracked (yeah right Tongue).

Does anyone have 1LjGA75sjWsD5QQUQLYNJGcL2F4dVekv73 ?
I have a suspicion it may be real wallet, but the payout is low (0.03 BTC), so I bit reticent to spend anything on it....

Thanks, although I have this one. It's 19peh1TwMaV8AS3jsUcahyBCHEo5eymtdn and it's 100% fake.
You can check this for yourself in a hex editor (or just notepad). Search for "name" and at the first hit, data is being repeated (The fake wallet creator tried to copy/paste things around).

RE: 198 BTC wallet

I have a wallet.dat file with exactly the same hash as the one mentioned

$bitcoin$64$a26662b81f90ae52c2e381b7b63c75325af6e46baf1c90621a885efe78178cc4$16$447b22ced4ef74c5$113073$2$00$2$00

However, the transaction details all seem to be spot on including the "to:" field being populated correctly. Pics attached.

How is this possible?

Figured I'd jump in here. If OP could shoot me an email with any valid wallet.dats + any hints + his/her bitcoin address I'll assist in bruteforcing them. If successful on any, I'll keep 10% (non-negotiable) and ship the remaining 90% to the bitcoin address provided.

Why wouldn't I just keep the entire balance?

Because most of my work has been done for me by OP + any wallet.dats in the future OP collects, I want first(ish) shot at it with the same arrangement.

Email: bitcoinhaxxor@gmail.com

If it's a pass from OP, no big deal. I know by this forums standards I'm a newbie still. I'd even be willing to receive one valid wallet.dat at a time and go by a wallet to wallet basis if you'd prefer.

    all wallets are scam!
You check your wallets with pywallet tools  python pywallet -d -w wallet.dat
You will find the keypool time is incorret.
     for example 18NxttmXTJfifBJCeJnJYTVvTniR5hZRBB  75.2 btc
     the keypool is:

the nTime is modify password time,
I  buy this wallet 2017-12-30  the modify password time is 2017-12-13
password is forgot after two weeks, so the wallet.dat is scam

Simply i dont think that the Iter count that bitcoin2john gives is a value probability to conclude that the wallet could be fake, the iteration count is simply the number of how many times the password was hashed.

I have the 11.56 BTC wallet and it gives the same iter count from bitcoin2john that You posted, and the wallet was not fake becouse it was opened.

Just want to use different tools on this wallet but I don't have it.

There is nothing wrong with bitcoin2john, did it occur to you that the wallet is a fake one and the actual real person of the wallet just moved out the tokens? only because the sites that sell it say it is a success story does not mean they're telling you the truth. Have they provided the password with the success story? or just that funds have been moved from it? Do you also believe that the information of passwords are true too? lol I think not.

It is VERY unlikely that multiple wallets contain the same iteration. It could be possible but VERY unlikely.

You can also check out this thread here For more information Fake wallet.dat can trick bitcoin core client?

You can inspect the data of a wallet.dat file using BDB 4.6's db_dump tool

Hi Antoni. Have you got more info about this 'BDB 4.6's db_dump tool' that you speak of?

Also anyone wants to exchange some wallet.dat files? I have a few  Grin
