Purchasing a London apartment for BTC

I have an income producing investment property in London. I am interested in selling it for BTC (I have found a law firm that can work on the transaction).

I would appreciate any suggestions of how/where this could be marketed? Would anyone here be interested in purchasing a 1100 sqft apartment in Central London (W9)?

This sounds quite niche, why can't you use cash or fiat?

You might also want to list the value of the property. I've seen listings for quite a few things go up on this forum (Real Estate/yacht listings) but I'm not sure how well they do.

Sell it for fiat and then buy BTC later on.

That would really be saving up your time on finding one on paying up BTC on that property of yours into this place which you can rather make it simple
on selling it just like the casual stuff.

Saw one site (Openlisting) wherein you can list your own real estate property and you can transact with bitcoin payments but sadly they aren't operating right now and closed already.

Well, as you can see. This suggestion would be very fit. Just sell it into fiat and then buy some bitcoin if you cant find a buyer near your area that wanted to buy a real estate with bitcoin.

The first thing is to look for those local marketplaces in your country. It's easier if you're going to look for those markets which you can post that your property is up for sale via bitcoin.

It might be a complicated process and I have no experience with that particular thing. But I agree with the suggestion that if you want to have it on bitcoin, sell it first via fiat and then use the money to buy bitcoin.

Of course, I don’t want to say anything, but it would not be wiser to sell an apartment for foreign currency, then transfer everything to bitcoin, what if the bitcoin rate drops sharply and you lose your capital ...? As for me, it is better to sell for currency, then transfer at the exchange rate or wait for the bottom of bitcoin.

You would have to sell it for below listing price in GBP I would say. Very few people would part with Bitcoin now at this moment unless they get a good discount on listing,,, simply because many believe the rally is far from over and 100k BTC would be just around the corner. London real estate also in a bubble long waiting to burst, right?

Market it with an agency near you and just add a BTC quote near the price if you like.
