I could remember, I was badly affected by the 2018 down in btc market. That was when I first trading btc, it was a major concern for me. I felt very bad and couldn't sleep for days, it was my savings I used to trade. Don't blame me for that,smile... If I could remember, the price of BTC as at Dec 2017 was around $10,000 and between Jan and Feb it has reduced to $3,000. Thank God I was able to leave it till few weeks ago to in part of it. All thanks to Elon Musk for security to invest in BTC and that has made some big companies too to start coming out to do same. Crypto is the future, there is nothing any government can do to stop it.

Investing now doesn't mean investing in the future, some investors can play the market with their influence to do a price manipulation, with Elon's status he can do that, yes, we have to be thankful that he touched crypto this year, it made some profitable but I don't know if these people who get into FOMO will still enjoy once the correction starts, or do they know what they are doing?

This is not good especially for those newbies in crypto. They thought they will get rich quick but most of them don't know what they are getting into. You would really expect that those kind of blames will really be part of this market.You would see it anywhere as long those people
do really lost up money then they will find someone who would really be blamed off. Elon did really change or make effect on the market due to that
recent purchase of worth billions but doesn't mean that this will be a permanent one. Market will continue to rise and decrease depending
between sellers and buyers. Fundamentals isn't really something bad for you to look on but don't heavily rely with that.

Why blame Elon?  He did not say that they should obey and believe what he said.  No matter how famous or influential he may be, you should also have your thoughts and decisions.  I also saw his tweets about DOGE and because I also found out from others, but did I buy?  No.  I researched information about this coin so I was able to take action.  If I miss earning because its price goes up as others do, that is no case for me.  It's really up to you if you are affected like everyone else and you should also take steps on what you really should do.  Think and be prepared for whatever may happen, even if you lose you can accept without remorse.

That’s not 100% correct actually. We already had a correction when bitcoin reached 40k usd for the first time. The prices dropped and stayed constant at 32-35K for very long. Yes the comparative time for stability was very less because at that price (lowest for the time being) many investors jumped in with their millions. On the other hand this was the time when Elon Musk opened up his magical movement with bitcoin and made the updates regarding Tesla Payment etc.

It was but obvious to hype the prices in very short period of time. Correction happened but with less liquidity since it had more market cap than the required limits.

The current price may not seem corrected but it won’t go down as well since the market cap capabilities are increased to next level now. Get ready for even bigger hike.

looks like a game of rich people with large capital in the crypto market. nevertheless what Elon did is controversial. some support it, some are dropping it. however, people with big names and their own capital have different strengths from small traders and investors.

it's always people with large influence that can do much in crypto market or stock market.
But, they only kinda pisses me off if they misuse their influence into trapping people that faithfully follows them into buying some trash coin and then he took the opportunity to dump.
In this case we don't know elon's motive but he seems didn't take advantage of the opportunity, though we can't be sure because elon never transparent to his crypto posession which is definitely not a problem since it's his right.

I was also quite surprised, it turns out that Elon Musk's influence is truly devastating. Made a very significant difference, ever since Elon Musk
shilled Bitcoin. Finally it can attract many large investors to invest in Bitcoin, I am very grateful to Elon Musk for supporting Bitcoin until now.
Hopefully there are other rich people who can promote Bitcoin. If we look at the price of Bitcoin which continues to rise and even today Bitcoin
has managed to reach the new ATH. This is the most beautiful Valentine's Day gift in my opinion.
