After Long consideration what is btc and usdt Here what I think now

First of All usdt is not dollar.
The dollars just will be collected in USDT.
And USDT issuence and supply will be depend on bitcoin supply and price.
If im the creator of usdt project If anything happens with dollar well until the people trust usdt the usdt will be fine.
But Nothing happens with USDT If dollar existing.

What is the bitcoin?  Well bitcoin is fractional reserve asset.  

If the old dollar goes away the new dollar is USDT.
THE Question is how we produce or issue more USDT?  
This is the Way: If you or bank needs more USDT you need bitcoins.
You either borrow USDT against BTC collateral or you sell BTC to get USDT.

BY The time the old dollar will be in rubbish bin the USDT will be regulated and SEC Approved.

Any bank any financial Institution need bitcoin to have more USDT.

Conjecture.  This is total guesswork.
