Anybody knows how to contact this mining pool and inform them to upgrade to Groestlcoin Core 2.21.0 ?

It's not a pool, it's some ASIC manufacturer and they just send coins straight to Binance and dump them. This address is 98% of GRS network hash, for over a year, good luck getting them to do anything.
