There's no connection between doge to anybody because doge was created as a joke coin. It becomes popular because many people hold it because the price was so cheap and good for doing crypto transaction due to low fees. The "World's Billionaire" is just making fun of the coin and also making money from it.

i think the word overpriced is imprecise word for any cryptocurrency my friend
because sometimes when a lot of people think if the price already overpriced but the fact the price still growing

But come think of it, if it's not because of the persons who hyped DOGE, then the coin will not reach the price that it has now.
