Are you a developer of this casino for getting user feedback? or only promoting the casino? If you want to promote the casino better to buy Copper Membership [1] and move it to gambling sections.

The first thing you may need to fix your site is about the grammatical error "singup" it should be "sign up"

I think it would be better if the deposit address can be copy-paste or add features to auto copy-paste.

Is your casino add "provably fair" algorithm?

In your ToS you reserve the right to close, cancel, block etc due to technical difficulties, hacking and cheating. It would be better if you explain more specific what act can be considered as suspicious activities, so gamblers will know and prevent from those act.

I am the developer and currently the only member of the team of the website.

I will correct the grammatical error you mentioned and for the casino, the algorithms of all games are programmed to give the maximum output to players as long as the calculated RTP is equal to 98% so I don't think it is "provably fair" but it is still fair. That is why I try to use guaranteed RTP.

The casino is still in the first phase and all activities are logged (very detailed logs). I tried to debug with the help of 20 tester as much as I could but bugs might exist and people might use them, if this can be proved I will cancel the bug users transactions (nothing will go to my prockets, I only get 2%).
I think there is a big need for a UX designer and I will be recruiting someone asap.

Before you focus more into developing and fixing some bugs in your website I think you should prioritize first on obtaining a gambling license for your project because when I have visited your website I didn't see any kind of gambling license while navigating your website. A gambling license has a lot of benefit besides you officially making your operations legal it will also make your gambling site more trustworthy thus giving you a big step on gaining more players. Also if you don't want to get in trouble with the law I think that you should make your website unavailable temporarily until you obtain a gambling license as there is that risk that they will shutdown your website permanently. My other suggestions are change your domain to a .com one as well as having a homepage for your website as having a log-in page as your welcome page is something that will lack information for visitors who wants to know more about what you have.

It's just a small mistake but it can take people to judge the website isn't seriously created and good to see you fair about the unprofessional company and currently working under development, but it's better to launch a website where had enough security for the user like 2fa and another. About the deposit, I suggest using the bech32 address with a decreasing fee.

Just a suggestion, it maybe better to you to start looking for a serious investor to work with you to develop your web, because it is certainly not easy to just develop a games site and compete with the existing if not really support by huge fund. of course there will be no changes because you only accept bitcoin but is there a bitcoin casino that tries to modify your winning when a btc price changes ? thats no good if theyl do that but usually the gambler is the one that will adjust his bets if he saws that btc price is too high or too low and its always better to have an additional crypto curency choice because not all are using bitcoin right now due to its massive increase .

I tried to go to the homepage to check the design, but I am redirected to the login/registration page, the default homepage is the login/registration page which is not good for first-time visitors, of course, you would like to see the design and information about the site, but there's no option to do that, the first thing that will attract gamblers are design and information but your site is not giving these two important things.

I like the fact that you're transparent with your RTP and it is completely uniform throughout your site.

However, have you taken into consideration the fact that most of your competitors offer proprietary slots games at 1% or less (Cryptogames, Bitvest, etc.). Even third party slots like pragmatic offer >98% RTP usually.

If you're serious about marketing/gaining a large player base, then perhaps offer lower house edges on at least some certain games - it will make you that much more competitive.

I am still working on the new update.
For the RTP I called it "guaranteed" because the algorithms, although partly reliable on randomization check to favor outcomes that get the games RTPs to 99%. It is not theoretical, it is "tricked" if you would like to call it, but in a good way. I'm trying to figure out a way to make this 100% transparent for players to see what has been happening without ruining the whole game. For games like Tombola, Slots Community and LUDO it is quiet clear because everything is shown on your screens, for Roulette, Dice and other slots it is still not transparent so I understand your concern about it.

I am currently working on a front page and redesign of the platform. I currently work alone on it that's why it is taking a while.
Please note that I am minimizing the costs in order to not need to earn more than 1% that is why the marketing efforts, the team and the quality are currently modest. I will be happily spending more once I earn some money to spend.

And for the displaying, the only thing that stops me is the players not playing once it hits 99% and waiting for it to go down so no one would play anymore in some games. The random output is always in a while loop verifying the RTP not exceeding 99%. I invested a sum to make wins possible since the first day. That would be a good choice to start to do but op can't help to implement some restrictions once op obtain a gambling license. I have read a thread where a gambling platform have curacao license but it is not stated on the site about a country that should be restricted to gamble in this site just like the other gambling platform that restricts a country to gamble.
