Unfortunately, sobrang common talaga ng downtimes ngayon pag nag fflood in ang mga new users. Kahit sa mga malalaking exchange gaya ng Coinbase at Binance may slowdowns at unexpected maintenance rin.

Heads up: kung wala kang problemang mag submit ng AML/KYC, mukhang nagbebenta rin ang PDAX ng BTC through Binance P2P[1]. Ingat sa scammers!

Related incident malamang. Pwedeng nagkaroon ng liquidity issue ang PDAX at kailangan ulit nila mag-top up. Pwede din kailangan nila update yung security system nila para sa mga susunod na ganito kalaking withdrawals.

damn, congrats dun sa nakabili ng btc for 300k

anong "legal" action ang gagawin nila? there's even a part of their ToS that states na "Orders, once executed, are final and irreversible." so the guy(just like what the people in the thread on Reddit said) is well within his rights to buy the BTC and didn't break anything for Pdax to take legal action.

Nope. Sabi kasi ng OP ng post na iyan ay nakita niya na paunti-unting bumababa nag presyo ng Bitcoin from 1m, 500k, 400k, to 300k. Either may nangyaring aberya sa system nila or na misstyped ng whale yung presyo, multiple times. Kasalanan ni PDAX or whale yan kaya panalo dito yung OP. Nakasaad din naman sa rules ng PDAX na once trade are done, wala ng bawian.

Grabe nga yang nangyari kay pdax, kaninang umaga ko lang nabasa yung tungkol dyan pero yung maintenance kahapon pa ako naghihintay. Sabi nila 8pm kahapon magiging ok na, tapos kagabi sabi nila ngayong araw magiging ok na. Tapos may update kaninang 4pm, sabi nila by 10pm magiging operational na at sana totoo na yun. Pero yung mga accounts na nakaranas o siguro nag abuse sa bug price incorrect login ang nangyari sa account nila. Malabo na mahabol ni pdax yung mga nakabili sa murang halaga ng btc.
Nasa user na yan kung pakikinggan niya si pdax kung ibabalik nya pero kung gusto niya lumaban ng legal, panalo siya dyan against pdax.

Grabe naman price yan biglang bagsak pala yan pano kaya nagyari yan sino naman ang magbebenta ng ganun ka baba? Bka naman bot yan ni Pdax sa automated trading nila parang malabo naman may sell order ng ganyan price kahit magdump pa ng 50% hindi yan aabot sa ganyan ka mura, Kung ako nakabili niyan at nawithdraw ko agad talagang akin na yan binili ko naman ng legit at kung walang nilalabag base sa TOS nila pero for sure kapag di naibalik yan block ka ni pdax sa exchange nila.

If it happened to me, I will not return the BTC, the purchased was legal, there was a buy order and I bought it at a certain price although way cheaper compared to other trading platforms, this was a stupid mistake by the PDAX itself I believe, but they weren't able to hold the money, it was transferred outside already, so they have to move on and let the user enjoy the profit.

If they will file a legal action, they should specify what certain rules the user has violated.

Considering na malaki din ang na kuha ng buyer suggestion talaga na i'take it on legal way, kuha na abogado at respond to pdax request/accusation. Kase wala naman siyang ginawang mali dun, ni walang nilabag na terms yung user. This is obviously the platform's glitch or whatsoever \.

Nung una medjo maganda na ang mga articles tungkol sa PDAX at napagawa talaga ko ng account since balak ko din magstake pero mukang nagkakaissue laro na ngayon tumataas ang presyo ng bitcoin.

Nabasa ko na din itong issue na ito pero tingin ko mukang bugs to sa PDAX, pwede din na dahil sa traffic di siguro gawa ng bots ng PDAX dahil sila ang matatalo sa transactions jan.

The real thing kase is na withdraw na niya yung amount sa wallet niya (whatever wallet it is), at now pinapabalik nga ni PDAX yung amount na nakuha niya which is absurd na the real case is sila naman yung may sala kase nga something glitch ata ng system at walang illegal na ginawa nung user tho napakalaking damage nun sa part nila, at may ma pa'fire na developer sa nangyaring yun 😅

I've seen posts on their FB page that some people are having trouble withdrawing and some have already withdrawn so it is just a matter of time before they are able to withdraw their fund properly. but what took my interest is that some posts on FB claim that the crypto they bought at a lower price was suddenly exchanged into peso after the maintenance and according to one post all the transaction that was made on Feb 16 were reversed. it is funny how they broke their own rule and still have the audacity to demand their BTC back from the people who were able to buy it legally for 300k

Kailangan may gawin ang BSP dito para hinde masira ang image ng mga local exchange, and kung ako ang nakabili ng bitcoin sa presyong P300k hinde ko ibabalik dahil nakuha ko sya sa tamang paraan and its not my fault kung nagkaroon sila ng system glitch or what, ibig sabihen lang non hinde sila secured exchange. Naexecute ang trade, nakapagwithdraw then that’s a legit transaction, kahit humantong pa sa korte yan. Haha.

Siguro ganun din ang gagawin ko Jaya dapat talaga e make sure Nila always na maayos system nila para hindi na mangyari ang ganitong klaseng error at e credit nila yung mga makabili dahil lehitimo naman yun at sila lang din ang may kasalanan.

Para sa akin okay pa rin naman si pdax para may option, pwedeng kay coins/coins pro o di kaya kay pdax kung anong trip sa kanila ang gamitin ko. Wala tayong ideya kung magkano talaga meron sila sa vault nila eh. Ganyan kasi talaga sistema ng mga exchange, yung nakikita nating nagre-reflect sa wallets at balances natin ay parang simulation lang. At lumalabas lang ang tunay na bitcoins kapag nag-withdraw na parang nilalaro lang muna sa numbers. Pero technical aspect na yan at hindi yan mauunawaan ng mga users nila na hindi naman ganun ka-techy patungkol dyan. Parang palusot lang tong sinabi nila, nakakadismaya kahit na gusto ko itong exchange ito.

Let's just wait for the BSP's result of investigation, but for those who bought at that very cheap price are sure already enjoying the profit. I'm not sure kung kaya pang ibalik nila ang na purchase na, especially kung nagastos na, kung required man ibalik ng BSP sa exchange, hindi siguro immediately dahil hindi naman kasalanan ng trader, opportunity nakita nila kaya grab agad, kahit sino naman siguro.

Dapat dito tanggalan ng license ang PDAX, ang laking abala ng ginawa nila kung sakaling required man isauli ang btc.
