After I wrote a post with a question and looked at the site myself.  Indeed, neighboring countries can use their currencies and.  This is obviously very convenient.  But the project goes to the international level and the question arises of expanding such countries.  Adding new countries and currencies.  Of course, this is a complex process, taking into account the jurisdictions of such countries and the requirements of local legislation.  I think the process is complex and lengthy.

This is a correct assumption.  This is exactly what a gambler does when he loses money.  And the second assumption about provocation is also possible.
