So they are trying to attract investors by showing greed for this huge profit, so that those investors can invest in this website and scammers can scam their money.

That's for sure since  they make their site looks like a professional one that's why many newbies fall to think that they are legit. Its good that this kind of scheme is reported as scam since newbies could read this once they dig a information regarding on those hyip ponzi scams. These types of people really don't get tired doing this despite a lot of people already knowing that it's a scam.
