will Binance be the next Ethereum?

I would say that binance coin bnb and binance smart chain can compete with ethereum in terms of price but they cannot take over in terms of technology. Ethereum is pure decentralized chain and its hard for anyone including bsc to compete it.

However over time the BSC became superior in terms of lower costs than eth even higher which was considered a positive for users as an alternative.

Now, when the ethereum network cannot cope with the load that has arisen and because of this, transaction costs have increased, many are leaving for other platforms, and this is quite logical. However, it is too early to speculate about who will become the new ethereum. We need to wait and see the update results for this coin. Already in July, we are promised a solution to this problem with a high level of gas and ethereum will again deservedly take its former place as the leader of altcoins.

Either be that way or another that BNB could replace ETH in the future but from what I can see on the market, that will likely be impossible. Investors and traders will get back soon to ETH once the issues will be resolved. They said this coming July but that gives no assurance that it will happen or to ask if this actually be the solution to lower the gas fee. Because even people know ETH gas fee is high but many users still making trade and we saw that the price won't dump since the Bullrun starts.

I don't think BNB or Binance is easy to compete with Ethereum. I also thought like that, but looking at the ever-growing Ethereum platform and the increasing number of investors investing in ETH, it seems unlikely that this will happen. ETH remains the best Altcoint to invest in.

you need to understand, what is meant in this topic is not what you meant. this topic is talking about "Its Quality" not its ranking position. I think that only any Altcoin can replace ethereum, but in terms of quality being the best altcoin doesn't seem easy to be replaced by any Altcoin. I think they can actually compete in terms of technology and development because Binance has huge resources that they can use to develop, however there are two main problems:

a) It is a private chain, so you are always under the foot of Binance and manipulation is likely.
b) The ecosystem is not even half as big as the ethereum. Much less projects, much later.

Thus, it will not become the "ethereum killer", simply another chain - yet I admit a particularly well funded one.

This is very real, recently, many projects have announced their transition to Binance Chain.  I myself try now to use only the binance network, it is quite possible to make transfers here, unlike Ethereum, where the gas price exceeds the price of my tokens, which I want to transfer) some coins are still hanging on erc20, I am waiting for the right time.

I think the popularity of BSC has started to decline now because some of the recent projects that were reported were hacked. it is bad for BSC development if more and more project scams or get hacked.
the problem of ETH transaction fees is too slow to solve. this makes several projects move to the BSC. but it will not affect ETH prices even if Ethereum chain adoption decreases. but the ETH market already has a solid foundation in today's market.

For now, it is not right to send money in the form of bitcoin if we think about the fees that must be paid, there is still a faster and cheaper solution, I am more accustomed to using XRP or other types with fast transactions.
In the Binance network, the smart chain and the Ethereum network in terms of tokens are almost the same, even both of them have several large projects under their auspices, so I think the best solution right now is indeed the BSC that we often use in token transactions.

That's the best way to withdraw crypto without giving high fee. BTW, i also use dogecoin, ripple along with litecoin, trx etc based on which exchanges have any of those coins. Nowadays, busd becomes popular as i binance increased the withdrawal fee of USDT (trc20).

Maybe it will. Cause it is rising fastly. If it can't beat the eth it will be the 3rd best coin after btc and eth.
So it will give strong competition to eth for sure. But when? Thats the thing we have to see.

but, in my opinion binance coin will not overtake ethereum as the best altcoins soon or later
because ethereum is too strong mate, you can see the gap on market capitalizations between ethereum and binance
wich mean binance coin need to increase the capitalizations about x5 to beat eth, and for me its impossible

well, great response. ethereum has indeed been the queen of an altcoin to date. however, the potential for BNB to replace it is enormous if ethereum does not take other means of lowering its fees. however, there are already quite a number of projects that are eyeing the BSC for further token development. sooner or later, BNB could have the same potential or exceed ethereum. In addition, Binance's CEO appears to be more adept at project development than ethereum.

because the people who use ethereum are quite high, even though the gas fee is high, those with large capital may have no problem with the current fee price.

I think yes because the potential of bnb coin is really big and it has a top exchanger that binance the price of bnb will be even higher in the future if they have more projects to come but there are also new projects with potential if there will be nft the binance it will be more contributing for investors.

You are right. Bnb is now ahead to compete with Eth. The biggest plus point of Bnb is that it is a top exchange coin. Due to the increase in Eth network fees, there has been a mixed reaction among crypto users about eth. As a result, many more projects have started coming to bnb. I expect more from bnb which could be something big in the long run. However, the community of eth is not small, eth will try its best to maintain its popularity, now that there is an issue of transaction fees more than eth, eth may come out quickly.

Binance just took advantage of the current situation with the load on Ethereum. The developers of the Ethereum network are trying to offer their users the conditions as close as possible to complete decentralization.

And Binance was able to quickly navigate and adapt to the realities of the crypto market, offering people the illusion of decentralization, and most interestingly, it really worked.
