Your target totally make sense considering how strong the fundamental of NEO. the fact that if NEO will be very difficult to reach its 200 rates again. The potential of NEO is huge considering the big governmental support by China but there are other potential projects such as TheKey. I didn't see any positive insights that we could see Neo reach $200. If we take a look at the chart, it only just peaking up this year only but the growth isn't really fast. Though the momentum stays until the end of this year, that be hard, may $100 is possible.

Instead of asking the team to be active, I like the hype and some investors like Elon Musk, he will help the value of NEO go up quickly without too much base and of course, how high the price will be up to the community wants but personally, my opinion is quite negative about NEO because its past splendor is a Chinese product, they generate rumors, pumps, help NEO outperformer but they left it behind. Perhaps this price increase is just a support from the market, any altcoin has risen many times as compared to before, this is no longer the NEO era
