Good thing that you have managed to recover the losses but really even when bull run or any kind of run is going on, investing in ICOs is like kicking away your coins and donating it to the ICO owners. I already stopped investing in ICO since an year or two and I don't know why there are guys still investing money because these investors not just losing money but they also encourage more and more scam ICOs.

I haven't faced any loss apart from selling XRP at cheaper price than I should have a few months ago when SEC saga happened and price was around 0.3 I had to sell my coins because I can't risk any further loss. But it wasn't too big a loss and I managed to earn much more on other coins in my portfolio so no regrets at all.

This is bull run how can you possibly loss when all the coins are going up, you made a wrong decision investing in ICO, ICO are a thing of the past for me, it will take a lot of time before they can build their reputation and the price of their token, while if you invest on coins that are on the top 10 you are likley to make profit right away, it's always risky to invest in ICO.

I think that i have lost a lot of money caused by this bullish trend as i have not able to sold my portfolio at the peak price but i have been making very good returns by participating in some legit icos like flow, injective, and many more. I have covered all of my losses from my short-term investment.

You are very lucky mate, selling bitcoin at $37k and Ethereum at $1200, and I want to believe that you bought both coins at a lower price than that, personally, I sold 24 Ethereum last year October at $350 dollar each, right now, I feel very bad each time I think about how much I would have made if only I was a little bit patient or I sold  quarter or half and left the rest, this is very big lesson to me and I know I will never make this kind of mistake again as long as I remain in crypto.

as if our suffering is the same buy SFP at the highest price and expect the price to go up even more but the opposite a sharp drop occurred

My worst loss was not buying TWT when the price was $0.1, at that time I was going to buy it, but because I chose another coin I didn't buy TWT, and not long after that TWT was listed on Binance and the price went up to this day. and I bought TWT when it was $0.75 because I thought it was going to go up $1 and now it went down to $0.6

you started really nicely because of that over 1k profit and it was like you predicted that the bnb are going to pump because you didnt hesitate of investing in it after your score big from your previous investment but your biggest fail is that why you bother investing in ico when we know that ico is already a bad choice over the years . your loss was over than your profit but how you recover your losses but i hope you did learned your lesson . just dont try risky things but better if you can stick on the things that make you gain .

In which ICO did you participate? That you recovered in a short time. Unfortunately, my loss wasn't big because I sold some Bitcoin at 52K USD but I got scam by a P2P trade. Where my fault is big, but maybe I think I could recover. I didn't sell Ferrum network at 0.85 USD but the price will recover soon, so losses are zero.

I lost a lot in futures trading. when the bitcoin price was 38,000 $ I started short trading and got liquidity at the price 51,000 $, it was my careless thing that cost me money when the market was bull. actually I made a profit on uniswap Dex trading and it was back losing on futures. avoid this trade as the risk is quite high for now. I also suggest that if you are not ready to lose, it's better to avoid it

Maybe you should hold and wait for the price to recover but I am not too positive about either of the 2 coins you mentioned.

My worst loss in 2021 bull-run was when I bought dogecoins at 8 cents each and thought it would be going 1 USD but the market was dumped and I had to sell my coins at 5 cents which was a really bad feeling because everyone else was making profits with the doge market and I like a fool bought at the worst possible time.

This is why I usually don't jump onto the hype train of these coins but for the first time I did under the Elon Musk influence and I paid with money for this.

Few days back I have few ethereum because price was going high so this give me some good intention I bought and jump into trading but this give me shock very badly because ethereum price crash badly and I lost very good amount on trading now feeling just hold is much better then trading because its need some good intention otherwise any one can lost funds very quickly like me.

This is not the last of the loss that brought us the dump of bitcoin. As expected, the decline in the price of BTC was followed by an increase in dominance, which led to even greater losses for altcoins. I think this last drop should not be considered a "loss" unless you sold it. I have "lost" some profits as well, if I sell them right now I would be in a loss (well only from profit) but I haven't, in fact I am planning on putting some more money in it instead, that would be easier to buy some more today, and sell later on, and I know that eventually we are going to have a lot more drops and I could buy even more if that happens, however I feel like this is just a correction.

We had a huuuuuge correction in January as well and we recovered and moved 2x after that, I feel like same could happen today as well, who knows what we are going to do, maybe we will be doing a lot better in a week? Maybe we will be 60k? So, it doesn't make sense to call it a loss right now, but it could be a loss if you sold it, or if you end up selling before it goes up higher.

I don't have many transactions in 2021, but made some mistakes in 2019 and 2020. I purchased a lot of BCH with my Bitcoin during that period. And unfortunately, the current BCH exchange rate (against BTC) is around 50% lower when compared to the rate with which I made my purchase. That was a big miscalculation from my part. Other mistake was the decision to sell 20% of my BTC in 2020. The average sale price was $8,000 to $10,000 per coin. If I had held on to the coins, then I would have received 5x to 6x more profit.
