Thus, Art.protocol doesn’t require a centralised authority to ensure the correctness of transactions. This reliability is inherently contained in the blockchain technology. The Art.protocol platform has been engineered from the ground up, to solve the problems of traditional stock Art platforms. For ongoing development, the wisdom of the community oversees the platform and machine learning is employed to find solutions for other problems.

I don't think I understand this correctly because it sounds wrong, the agreement to buy and participate on all of your token sale is that investors will not get their token immediately? It will be locked and gradually distributed instead?
