And again the rates are changed:

Miner rate went from 0.1 to 0.02 DOGE/min.
Maximum Capacity went from 0.8 DOGE to 0.4 DOGE.

Seems that the max capacity is also changes for the paid levels.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

they didn't pay (anymore).
