A thief steals a child from the care of her real mother in a hospital, she changes the mother's hospital record to hers ... the real mother discovers this and scream for help but the thief claim the child is hers. The Nurses intervene, look at the Hospital record, compare it with the thief ID, and then accept the claim of the thief. The real mother scream more for help, people gather around, and the nurses/doctors finally decides to give the child to the thief. The Mother refuses and decides to look for other means to prove she owns the child.

* Would you encourage her to prove she really owns the child even when the world tells her she shouldn't?
*What method would you recommend she use in proving ownership of the child?

With modern technology, DNA test is the only solution to know who's the real mother of the child. But if we're in the old ages, we need a mediator like King Solomon who had dealt with the same situation as what you've said.

With a DNA test, there will be a scientific basis who's the biological mother/parents of the child.

we are lucky that now we have accurate DNA proving technology...
the testing accuracy of the current DNA test is 99.9%. after all the thief must be willing to go through the DNA procedure because otherwise just put that thief in jail.

Luckily we have DNA test to prove those kind of issues,
The situation is too difficult to be honest it is hard to say what would I do if I ever experience it on real life,
I wouldn't know what really happens so I couldn't give out my own opinion but knowing myself I would provably go along with the record first but if I got annoyed or see that the real mother is pursuing it I would doubt it and talk about having a DNA test to end it once and for all.

Most of us don't realize that the thief is the US Government (in America). How does the government steal your child? Through the birth certificate.

The birth certificate is a UCC-1 form (Uniform Commercial Code numbers may have changed, lately), a transfer of property form. When Mom or Dad signs the birth certificate, he/she transfers the baby to the trustee-ship of the US Government. Of course, it is done deceptively, without knowledge of the parents.

Since the parents don't know what they have done, they can't fight it and get their property (their child) back. So, they raise the government's child. The most they can do is get a bunch of people together and demonstrate if they don't like the way government dictates their children are treated. Then they get arrested, and have to pay a fine in court.

But it's their own fault for having the kid in a hospital that won't release the kid to them if they don't sign the birth certificate.

Take your kids back from government. Formally rescind your signatures off their birth certificates. And when government takes you to court, call your kids your property, and challenge government for their ownership of your property. By using that DNA, people will see who is the birth mother of that child so that the hospital can give that child to her. Both women can use the hospital facilities to check their DNA, and I hope that the hospital can accommodate that and will not charge for both women.

I think it is enough to use DNA to check the child's blood and compare it to the birth mother, so I think that will work for them. I am curious about the age of that child because if that child was born a few days ago, I think that can be a guide to know which woman has been giving birth a few days ago.

Is that is so? there are scientific proof and basis that results would be good. It will go through the laboratory and the proper test that shall be conducted will make sure the relation of the child and the parent.

About the judgment of King Solomon, it could be another good method but what if both parents will act as the same?

I am trying to do a quick search about that, but many articles mention DNA testing for the child and the parents (both women who admit they are the birth parents). DNA tests use blood, hair, and other things.

Sure She will because Good will always Win against evil and since She is the real mother there is no way that everything will come to her senses in right time.
