Once bitcoin bull run, altcoins season will also be over. Why I'd say that is because I believe I have already see an altcoin season in the past few weeks and since bitcoin is going down trend, I guess it will also be stopped.
Maybe some investors are still not convince that altcoins season was already here because it's different compared to the past, the simple answer is market has changed a lot, so we can't expect to see the same scenario we witnessed in the past.

I saw the opposite, the altcoin season is just starting, how do you know if the altcoin season will end?
The reason I say the altcoin season has just started is because of the bitcoin dominance chart, if based on the 2017 chart, the bitcoin dominance chart should drop below 40 before the altcoin season ends, if it hits 40, there is a chance that the altcoin season will end soon.
What do you mean by 40? is it 40%?... If bitcoin dominance will drop, and the market is still bullish, that means people are investing more on altcoins, which I think would happen easily. Now, bitcoin is the main investment in the market, altcoins are only bullish because of bitcoin, that's what I learn base on what I witnessed in the past bull run and the bear market. |

I personally believe that alt season over. but some people are saying that the season is yet to arrive. what are your opinions?
We can't call it over, since it is not just over yet only went down a bit, half of the coins are still above the 7 day price range, so they are not really that "down" even though market acts like its super low, the reality is that BNB was 40 bucks just a month ago, now its 200+ bucks and people act like we are doomed. In short we could say that we are not out of alt season, but we can't say we haven't started neither because we have gone up so much as well, we have seen coins x2 in bitcoin price and even more in fiat prices as well, not ETH or others, they are still barely hanging in there, but some others increased like crazy in the past month. So long story short I would have to say that we are in the alt season already, so it started already, but we are not out of it neither, we are just giving a break to alt season as of right now that's it. |

its only correction i believe like ceo binance said its just beginning bitcoin will get new all time high again and after that we will see alt season party episode 2 so i suggest you to start buy dip as soon as possible and choose the right altcoin before you get left behind the party
What CEO Binance said is true, often someone regrets missing a party, because he is afraid to buy when a correction occurs, even though it is a golden opportunity for everyone to make several purchases at different Alt. You still have to do your research and make sure to understand the investment venue that you are participating with, it's hard to predict what would be the next market movements but as long as you are well knowledgable with how to sort things out, the chance to make a good profits from this current situation is very possivle. CZ is a business person and he support this industry so what do you expect from him. |

Everything is stable on the crypto market - all altcoins rise and fall after Bitcoin. The season has been going on for a long time and you just need to correctly guess the moment when to buy and when to sell. The ascent lasted for several days and everything very quickly returned to its place. It is very difficult to predict something now, the best option is to collect your portfolio and not run around projects. Probably this sequence will continue until the end of the year. I also believe that altseason will run until the end of 2021, and maybe beyond. It is not yet clear what can bring cryptocurrencies down (as it was in 2018)
It is only the whales and bad news that can take down the market, not entirely taking it down but pushing it down as if it's another bear market that has started. Although, at any moment something unexpected may arise ... but not right now
What idea is in your mind about that "something unexpected" that seems to be interesting to know what you're thinking about. |

The alt season is not over yet but it is hard to tell the new continuation will go on or that last bull run was the last chance to liquidate the winnings. In my opinion, the BTC bears will attack the lower prices below $40000 ad the altcoins will follow the path of BTC bears. The new cheap prices will be affordable for all investors who didn't buy before the trend and market cycles will repeat again. I also believe that altseason will run until the end of 2021, and maybe beyond. It is not yet clear what can bring cryptocurrencies down (as it was in 2018)

If you look at the market all the top coins have rallied and it is a big risk if you enter the market now and even if we see a minor correction you need to have nerves of steel to enter the market as you never know what might happen whether we will see the market correction or gain momentum again to move up, so it is a difficult spot for small time investors like me to enter even during a minor correction. |

From the way I see things, maybe the altcoin season is over too, but I can't blame them cuz bitcoin is declining, that's why you see so many reds in the market, or it could be that this is a huge correction for bitcoin which we all know that's ones bitcoin starts dumping every other coins will follow, also I have been seeing alot of speculation on twitter saying March has always been a month where bitcoin normally falls, we don't what's going to happen this time, let's wait and see but if history actually repeats its self then its bad for every altcoin out there. |

If you pick the right microcaps you can make money regardless of what Bitcoin does. I like ALCX and 0xMR right now. I think UNCX has a lot of potential too. Is this for real? there's no significant increase happened with LCX and 0xmr and both don't seem a good coin now. I think that we have so many potential microcap coins but we must remember that some microcaps full with buzzwords. Is not it better if OP stick with a good altcoin just like FLOW, CHSB? It's very difficult thing to predict it these days. |

Altcoin season has been running for 3 months. we've all seen the new ATH for bitcoin now. and for me the increase that occurred in bitcoin or altcoin in 3 months is quite fantastic. What I don't understand is whether this trend will create a new pattern different from 2017? Because in March if the reference pattern was 2017 the market should have been bearish. but now bitcoin managed to breakout and approached the highest resistance Bitcoin's narrative has change, and so is the altcoin market. I think the altcoin season has been running even before 2021, so it's more than 3 months in my opinion. So the pattern will be very different from 2017 because obviously, the landscape has change, we have institutional money flowing it, the whole Defi and staking market is a new thing. So just be optimistic that this March will be very different from previous years. The bull run will continue, with just occasional dumps and then we will bounce back. |

That is the thing, investors don't always know when to buy in thinking this is the end but if you do follow the news and do some few research, investors would at least have a good idea if the market has actually come to an end for the Bulls or this is just a correction and that is why we have many people missing out just cos they couldn't make up their minds as to what is the state of the market movement. |

many of the investors chose low-priced altcoins. but if you choose it now I think it will be a time bomb for investors. Bitcoin is still strong domination. if there is an altcoin that doesn't pump it doesn't mean it won't be impacted when the bitcoin market experiences a correction. altcoin season will disappear when bitcoin is under a major correction. because the biggest adoption will shift to stable assets. Currently, the altcoin season is still running, some even say this is the start of the altcoin season. take advantage before it's too late. I believe time can pass quickly. |

- This year is a year of too many new peaks, besides old projects, new projects seem to have developed at the right time, bringing a lot more profits for investors, a positive is flooding the market at the moment but in recent days the positive trend seems to belong to bitcoin itself because except for the rise in the price of bitcoin, the altcoin is just running in a horizontal line and slightly decreasing. btc is bullish and anyone can be given a profit by btc but why will some traders dont have time for this , didnt they want to make money ? and why will they check out altcoins instead when altcoins are unsure to give them a profit but anyway i think that altcoin season had already begun and its still currently in the run judging on how green my alts are but idk why i still kept on looking for that classic bullish season for alts like we had before or its just me because the alts i have arent really good enough ? |

I've heard people say waiting for a big bull run for atlcoin, when bitcoin shows no signs of stopping and is still reaching new ATH, I think it will take some time to wait. Witness the altcoin season as one would expect.
Is not this big bull run already here though? I mean it was for ICO coins in the past but now it is for NFT coins and Defi coins,,, there is not yet a peak so I am sure once Monero and Dash and Litecoin all break their ATHs also, then everything else will rush for peaks. I think we are here already just waiting for the drop. |

I think altseason is not over, because I believe Bitcoin will make a new ATH price again and after that all altcoin prices will increase very high (bull run), so there will be another altseason in the near future, therefore now is the right time to invest in altcoin, so that we can get a big profit from investing in altcoin and my advice is that we better invest in altcoin that are in the top 100 on coinmarketcap, because it is safer and the price will definitely continue to increase, then altcoin that I invest and recommend for you is : 1. ETH 2. BNB 3. ADA 4. DOT 5. DASH |

In my opinion alt season already started and it will keep continue untill the end of Q2, my prediction bear market will appear in the middle of Q3 which is in August. But it just my prediction, so we just need to enjoyed on this situation and don't forget to convert ur assets into usdt if the market correction is back.
