I'm going to Cuba next week, and wondering if there  are opportunities to spend BTC while I'm there ?

Theoretically, some venues where you can spend your bitcoins in Cuba should be listed here:
https://coinmap.org/view/#/world/21.74929584/-81.77124023/7

Nevertheless, I’ve taken a look and have barely made out anything that isn’t a lodging (you can deselect the checkbox on the left and see what’s left – barely anything). I’d say Cubans barely announce on that site really, but I’m not aware of any other well intended bitcoin venue site locator.

Taking your time, you may come across sparse articles on small business that accept bitcoin over there (see https://www.cubacute.com/2020/10/13/cafeteria-privada-en-santiago-de-cuba-se-convierte-en-la-primera-del-pais-en-aceptar-pagos-con-criptomonedas/ - in Spanish).
