How do you define rich?

defenition of rich for me if i have more than 1000x monthly living expenses , and that must be cold money which mean i still have more than it to spended for emergency or for hobby. i just spend about 700 usd/month for dialy life , so i must have 700k cold money and have at least 10% from cold money in my bank account right now, and i rich already.

Well, I define someone as rich when they enter into a mall and buy whatever things they like to buy without seeing the price tag of them are rich.

In 2021, 1 Million cannot be considered as huge money!

I  characterize somebody as wealthy when they have sufficient assets to not work so they can survive for another day. The address may be a lovely unclear one since one can reply based on otherworldly, money related, social and physical angle. I think rich is taste, what I can have and go buy as rich may/will not go by with another person, high taste people will not be rich until they have the money to meet there high taste and even if they are in an admirable position of wealth it matters not, so I consider riches as different in individual taste.

I define someone as rich in terms of wealth, if they can sustain the next generation of their family all on their money, and 1000 bitcoins is more than enough to sustain your grandkids here in my country. Now rich could also mean abundant, and stuff like that, but personally, when someone says rich I automatically think of it as wealth-type.

I think we all think on rich on that way but there is more than that when it comes to be rich, having a lot of money is obviously preferable than to not have any money but there are many other important things like your health that are equally important and that without it you cannot enjoy your wealth, so it is important that in our quest for wealth we do not sacrifice our health or other important things to us so when we finally become successful we can enjoy our money to its full extent.

There are several meaning of being "rich" on every person because we have different sights and perspective. Some are poor but "rich" on having a lovable family vice versa on rich people. Some people are rich on their own not by wealth because they're contented and happy on what they have.

In my opinion, you are rich than you can buy any good apartments in your city and this will be less than 50% of your savings. Im not talking about extra vip luxury giga apartments, im talking about good ones

There is no prefect definition of being "rich". You can never be rich. The more money you have, the more money you will want. But, yeah. It depends from person to person. Someone might consider themselves rich as long as they can cover all their basic needs and then has surplus to lead better life. Again, there are person who considers themselves rich as long as they can "buy" everything luxurious. For them there is no such thing as "too rich".
In other words, the definition of rich depends from person to person.

Rich people should have a successful business, and those who don't need to work anymore, are the things that a lot of people considered first before calling you a rich person but for me, I considered a person rich in simple ways if you are already contented of what you have and what you are now then you may now call you a rich person, as of now I cannot still consider myself as a rich person because I still don't have a stable income and house and lot. I just want to claim that I could have those things in the future and will call myself a rich person, only need to hard work and always find ways to have another income.

That is what people are mistaking when you call someone rich. If you invested smartly and have a good amount of money at the side that means you could be considered rich, now you may think "I am living barely inside my income, only save just 5% of my salary every month and only have 50k in the bank, that is not rich!" you are right, it is not rich compared to people that should pay federal taxes at 90% rate, but you are still richer than all those people who can't even afford shelter, you should be happy and not taxed, but you should be happy, that is very important, people should not be greedy and go over huge numbers, they should aim to be like you.

Most of people thought over a rich is, they should have huge money in hand. As OP said 1 million USD or 1000 bitcoin. But another way of being rich is self satisfaction is important one.Even though, if you don't have much money. But you had followed as per your mind. You will be the richest person in this world. In my own understanding, if we called someone rich they must have alot of money and properties, like house and lot, personal car and a like, and first of all they must have enough money to support they needs and their family.

Stop living in your dreamland. In the modern world, everything revolves around money. Self-satisfaction is important as well. But that depends on which factors gives you the satisfaction you need. But for the remaining 99.999% of the people, they need good housing, food, clothes and appliances. These things gives them satisfaction and in order to afford them, you need to be rich.

For me, being rich means you'll just do lying all day on your bedroom every single day and not thinking about where to earn money in order to buy your family food everyday because you have plenty already. Being rich means you have a lot of connections to other people who has big names, because you have enough things that could benefit them in return, and they are the same to you.

You might be confusing having a lazy and lavish lifestyle with the rich. Lying all day in bed and having fun drinking alcohol and having sex with girls is more like defining a flashy lifestyle rather than being rich. I know it is not just you but a lot of guys who think that ability to not work and still spend like a king means rich but to me, it doesn't.

Being rich means you'll never have to look for the price tag, you'll just pay it like a king. I mean being rich is you're literally lying on a bed full of money as the foam of it.

Do you have an idea how many health problems you will acquire if you have a lavish lifestyle like that? And remember not every health problem can be cured and treated with money. Rich should mean a balance between health and wealth, too much of either of it doesn't help the other.

Rich for me is having just enough for a simple living, I know that greed is part of our being human, and if we cannot moderate our greed,  much will never be enough, I prefer to have my own house and car and a small business that can sustain my family, I have seen rich people who just can't get enough and want more and they think that they are still poor, I don't want to in that cycle.

It is a very subjective thing. It is actually dependent on the person and their life objectives. It is also dependent on how the person is raised and if a person from childhood to adulthood has been raised in a rich family then surely the person will have to make more money than their past to feel themselves as richer. While, if a person is raised in a poor family, a simple job will look like a treasure to that person and he will feel rich even in small amounts. We can't define it completely, but once a person has all necessities and needs met in life, that person is rich surely even if he doesn't have a Lamborghini!

It is true that every means of wealth is different in the sense of whether the wealth can be increased or not.
With what we are doing now is trying to get rich from the income that we have been doing in any investment, including crypto, there must be an income from our income so that it can continue to grow and the value becomes bigger over time, maybe it can be said to be rich but still on In essence, being rich is not everything you want to say like that, but what is certain is that the massive income makes our people richer, so indeed everything takes time to undergo the process.

I think more of what I define as a wealthy person, not rich.

For me, a person is wealthy enough when they have enough cashflow not to think and lose time on small daily non-senses like rent/mortgage, food, etc. and focus on growth.

Having enough for living doesn't really suit for being rich. It could be just having financial freedom, like away from debts and liabilities in finance.
You could be rich in a group, community, or globally.
I could term rich as how financially capable you are as an individual.

$1 million is big amount of money but it is not infinity once you are not able to handle it that money will lost . Rich is people who can buy anything they want and needs and also they can manage their money without spending things that is not needed. 1000 bitcoin is really huge money if you have that you have more than 40 million dollars and it is good and you spend it for the rest of your life but think also your future family so create business so you will maintain being rich.
