There's a similar procedure on Bitcoin Stack Exchange:
https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/93711/how-do-i-to-get-the-r-s-and-z-values-from-a-raw-transaction-version-2 that basically says you take the DER-encoded signature in the witness data you provided and it should already have the R and S values. You don't even need the sigScript or public key for this.
In this case the r and s values are after the "02" values and they are:
