I really like Unstoppable! and the quote from them "we works with reputable providers only" sounds good, doesn’t it? So what the hell is Swapuz doing there? They often send people coins with high AML and carry out random KYC.

Unstoppable Wallet has become an easy and powerful alternative to Trust Wallet. It would be a good addition if they removed the services that received the highest number of complaints.

I don't understand what is the point of mobile wallet creating telegram bot for making swaps.
Sure some users could use telegram on desktop with this bot, but they already have web interface for that,
I personally don't trust telegram because it saves everything and connects everything with phone numbers.

I share the same opinion and not because of what Telegram may or may not be doing. It's mostly a user experience thing. A mobile or web apps always delivers better UI/UX compared to telegram bots where you only have buttons to work with.
But this seems like a move from the team as a response to Apple's strict policies for crypto apps with built in swaps: https://t.me/unstoppable_announcements/397
