Each HES represents a signed contract with you and Hotei Energy B.V

So, each HES comes with a digital certificate (signed by the CEO) and unique QR code. This certificate comes with every transaction of HES tokens bought by you. This certificate and the HES you bought makes you shareholder and you're in the right of receiving part of the company billings each month as long as you hold HES tokens.

We're planning a way to integrate HES into a blockchain (but this may come after we reach the total cap of 10m HES tokens sold), etc.
