It is PoW coin.
They are using the Scrypt algorithm which means they have their own Blockchain, not a token-based project.
Read the whitepaper and it feels very unrealistic in my opinion, can you really do that?
There is no explanation of how are you going to reach your aim, your method of reaching the targeted consumer, and the team that has expertise in this field.
