Hello! Yes, both plastic and virtual cards require verification, it's quite ordinary one - face and ID or international passport. All the customers has right to request deletion of their personal data, it's one of basic GDPR ideas which OWNR complies. Lower fees go live really soon, all the fees which OWNR is in charge of are available by the link in the descrpition, nothing is hidden, but anyway there are some external banks' fees, e.g. when withdraw from ATM, and unfortunatelly OWNR can't help here, no one can but the bank itself. It's nice to hear that there are no hidden fees and also that you are already lowering the fees. I see that a competition is on the rise between crypto card companies and this is a wonderful news for me, as consumer, since it should mean lower fees and ever better services too. I want to also make sure I understood right? Are these cards available worldwide (i.e for customers from any countries)? Good luck! |

requiring additional fees for transcontinental transportation. It takes up to 2 weeks
depending on the region. What are the current sanction countries? I'd like to know more about the delivery time especially on Asia. |
