General principles
Our general first principle is KISS [2], which is "Keep it simple and stupid". This is consistent with the principle of the Internet. It is embodied in the First World War and is simple and easy to use, without complicated or useless functions.

3. Funding to aid undergraduates, postgraduates and faculties.
Most of them have no social resources.
1% reserved for airdrop to the students and faculties who own the edu email address, such as .edu, .edu.uk, etc.

Wallet design is interesting, unfortunately OP forgot to bundle the miner with the wallet and thus in-wallet mining doesn't work and you'll have to setup a yespower miner. The .edu airdrop is kinda stupid tbh, lots of people who don't have access to such an email and lots of people who probably own thousands of those.

Edit: Even when you start solo mining, getmininginfo will show 0 hashes per sec, indicating that solo mining does not work from within the wallet. Network hashrate is at 16.6kH/s, so should be able to get a few solo blocks if you're quick to setup the miner and interested.

Also note the "Maxcoin-Qt" mentioned in the screenshot, indicating the "ancestor" of Magpiecoin. And 9.8% premine is kinda huge.

The miner in the wallet does work, many on Discord have used it. You just have to select solo mining and enter your address. (Sometimes you have to stop and start it again before it actually starts mining)

MGPC is just param, it is not actually new algo.
He is anyway if all above is not enough sign for u i dont know what is.

Updated release of MagpieCoin for Win64.

The old codes of pool mining will call the minerd exe program directly, which may cause anti virus software false positive error reporting in Windows.

So we update the version: MagpieCoin-1.5.1-win64-release.zip
