The point here is not why OP decided to keep on playing on this site , as someone is blaming the player, but how the management run their site : it is important to understand how they deal with their players so that other people don't fall for their poor attitude and shady behaviour.

Actually it really doesn't seem shady at all.  It's probably not intentional, and I can understand why someone would be annoyed by it, which explains why they apologized and gave you the bonus.

And this is what makes the situation a bit odd where someone is fully aware with their minimum amount bet and have some bad past experiences with it then why would continue to deposit?
