Could the Chinesse government have avoided the global pandemic? Should China pay war reparations to the world?

I don’t think war reparations would be correct term.

I think that time line shows a mass kill off of pigs 🐷 in early 2019 in china.

more then 150,000,000 pigs died.

First human signs were in early fall.
Spy satellites show crowded hospital 🏥 parking lots in October.
Lastly cell phone company Huawei had 20,000,000 cell phone contracts cancelled in China.

So basically if all of the above is true. China made it worse for everyone.

But all of the above hash been culled from the internet tv and radio info.

So how accurate is it?

My guess : totally wrong. It's the biden / obama crew who released covid on china to weaken china and steal the election from trump backed with their massive fraud, to then implement their "brave new world", which china by the way stand in the way... like many other so called "rogue" nations, like russia, iran etc, in short anyone not on the pedogate lists.

the amount of conspiracy theorists in the ivory tower amazes me.

the simple answer is china locked down its flights. other countries then done repatriation flights against chinese advice. any and all spread due to people on repatriation flights that then passed it on is sole fault of the country doing the repatriation flights. end of

...
Labs in other countries also have copies of the virus, and this could indicate that it is a bio warfare weapon.
...

It is obviously not a weapon, it does not have the right features for that.

Human mindset is often biased in order to look for liable actors when there is not enough information. Storms were sent by Gods in ancient age, and calamities in villages were caused by witches at the time of the inquisition.

I have no data (I really doubt anyone has real, first hand, evidence) to prove that this pandemics has been caused by the human. Why has it had to be provoked? and if someone wanted a biological weapon, wouldn't it be more reasonable to create one that wouldn't get out of hand?

Casualties happen; it seems that this time it has been China, but it could have been anywhere else (no, we don't eat pangolins in occident but we test with genetics we don't know) and the way to solve great problems for humanity is not blaming each other or looking for liabilities, but with cooperation and solidarity among nations.

...

to me. it was america that didnt do anything to halt it at the border

...

America (US?) is not the only country in the world and since the Chinese did not provide much data, there was no way of knowing how fast it would spread, would it?

And why did it arrive to Italy first if the repatriation flights were the reason for the spread?

I think that Trump has the right to blame China, in his previous speech in the U.N General Assembly even calling the Covid19 "China Virus". They are living in the first world country which gives them all the resources to stop and contain the virus themselves, however they chose not to take a prompt action to stop the said virus, instead focused on taking advantage on making profit through vaccines and other preventive materials to stop the virus. I believe this is planned all along by a greater group to achieve whatever they want by any means necessary, we're just the casualties here.
