QLC Chain is happy to announce that the proposal to develop a new MEF standard “DLT-based Commercial and Operational Service Framework — Billing” was approved by the MEF membership this week in the MEF 4Q2020 members meeting. The project proposal was the result of a MEF Incubation Group initiated by QLC Chain. The approved project will eventually result in the the first Distributed Ledger Technology focused standards project within MEF with Dr. Andreas Freund from QLC Chain and Daniel Bar-Lev from MEF as its co-editors. The project has broad industry support with contributors ranging from telecom service providers such as Sparkle and Colt, to solution providers such as Amartus and R3. In parallel to the standardization work, a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) — MEF3.0 POC (130) — led by QLC Chain is being set up to prove how telecom service providers utilizing the emerging MEF standard can realize the tremendous benefits of DLTs in error reduction and automation of commercial processes between enterprises in a reliable and repeatable manner.

Two MEF member service providers—HGC and DCconnect—are collaborating with QLC Chain and MEF, in MEF 3.0 PoC (130) to create the world’s first Smart Bilateral, based on a working draft of MEF W114.
The implementation of a new Smart Bilateral with two telecom wholesale partners into thisPoC is planned to be completed within just 7 weeks. The rapidity of the implementation is the result of the extensive preparation by QLC Chain and the infrastructure made available by MEF. Onboarding includes initiation, technical, and commercial setup, through to service operation, process implementation, and completion.

QLC Chain has always been recognized with the gold label project status on BINANCE. To get this at this marketcap, and this amount of silence, can be life changing, and feels like daylight robbery. I am sure I will be back in a few months here to see QLC's marketcap having increased considerably. See you soon!

Its a no brainer.  QLC has to be one of the best value buys in crypto.

Check all the articles. Even MEF mentions QLC. And the China Telecom. You don't have to buy. But I guarantee in 2 months the price will be higher than now. It doesn't matter it did a x10. Its still under 20m marketcap working with telecommunication giants and setting new standards.

QLC now at a 25m marketcap. Trending up nicely. Dont think we have seen the real pump yet  .

Check all the previous coins I have mentioned. None are underwater and quite a few produced some huge gains!

QLC has not really seen any explosive gains since this post, but, their DEX is being released on the 9th April after a small delay.

This will be pivotal in things to come - in onboarding enteprise clients.


WE saw the explosive gains THETA got.
Well QLC has a similar mechanism in that enteprise will have to become a voting node to leverage the technology QLC provides.
The potential is huge - especially seeing as it is still a relatively small marketcap.

Long term hold!

This is great. It means our QGAS can be traded easily. It also opens up more utility and opportunities for the ecosystem as a whole.

BTW if you got in at the time of post we are at a 2x....i dont think that is too significant but it looks like there are a lot of releases pending and upcoming


If we just look at Dent, NKN, Noia, Tel .... this is significantly undervalued in relation. The potential is just unbelievable.

Thanks brother. I am still holding as nothing has changed fundamentally (in fact it gets stronger). Suprised we are still hovering at this marketcap. Seems to be a lot of supression over on Binance.
