I want to go agree this but the it is the decision of the Manager to choose whoever participants he wants to join the campaign.

Yes, but I'm not going to say anything about who to accept because it's the manager's decision. It is possible that the manager accept someone whose merit count is lower than required if the manager does not find other eligible participant to promote the site or campaign. This is an excuse we can accept. For that, I congratulate everyone who has been accepted and it is time for me to wait for another opportunity.

In this campaign, non-local board posts were more important to me than merit received. Also, I'd never accept anyone with less merit than needed unless I knew them from previous campaigns or knew that they could produce for this one.
