We should buy potential one and I personally suggest to buy BNB, Cardano, Cake, Dot, Matic. It may takes longer time to get a smart earning but it almost sure that you'll be able to get good profit. You need to analyze market before invest a coin to avoid risk.

If i were to choose , i will deny these sets of currency aside from XRP and Reef , and the rest will be sell directly .

I think the best altcoin to invest right now will be the top  coins of CoinmarketCap which has a name Ethereum Classic ( ETC) , PanCake (CAKE) , Stellar (XLM), ChainLink (LINK) , PolkaDot (DOT), IOTX, TerraLuna (LUNA) etc
I think these are the coin if you invest in them and hold for a month difinetly it will give you easily 2x or 3x
So keep eye on them and take entry at good position

The coin that was mentioned in March of course didn't grow to reach new ATH, it was the coins that were at the top level that reached the new ATH, for me the coin was too far away so if I had it I would throw it away and buy a better one.
And in essence with the project having good development of course it will have a lot and can survive at competitive prices, even now more new coins are reaching ATH due to a large pump from investor demand then that is a good thing but will not last long with high price.

Ethereum has also been looking great so far this year and especially this month by creating a new ATH at its price, so apart from what you suggested, I also have a few suggestions to add to a good investment thing like Ethereum.

Etherium was still looking good for us to invest but if we need to be a different must better to choose BNB, XRP, Catdona Ill think these kind of altcoins has have a future to be like Etherium. We all seen of what happen etherium right has one of the highest prices increasing in this year. There are some altcoins also are not totally waking up and waiting for the time on them to rise the price but suddenly hard to find.

I wouldn't prefer any of the coins you mentioned, it's just my opinion, as a matter of fact, most of them did not provide a good rise. All I know is that there are good rises on the cartesi side, I did not investigate the reason for this. I think it is useful to follow some new trends.
