I was just reading about this yesterday and I really think that Maki will be a good coin to have. Layer price skyrocketed when they announced this and I couldn't buy when it was below 1$ price but now it's getting back to below 2$ so hopefully, I will be able to accumulate more than 500 LAYER which is the minimum requirement. Another thing to notice here is that we can also stake the LAYER and get some more from this holding for MAKI venture.

I'm not sure about getting more maki when we do staking of layer but as far as I know even those staking LAYER can get maki as long as they are inside the minimum of 500 requirement. Cause I heard that it will be fixed with the ratio of 4:1.

I'm planning to add more depends on the price how much it gonna drop layer. If May 2 is the Snapshot I believe the sho on daomaker is somewhere closer.
