Used as a linux machine for the longest time. It now has Windows Vista back on it, restored with the restore disk.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

A reversable service? I don't use paypal but I just registered a dwolla account so I can buy BTC in a few weeks....
