so last year i had my computer and downloaded armory and began using the address given. but i eventually deleted armory because i seen that i didnt need to have it to use the code. after i deleted the program i got rid of the labtop and got a tablet for my kid, and a smart phone for myself. so now i went and seen that i have some cash in the wallet but im having issues trying to access the account.
i cant download the armory wallet on the tablet, and i dont know if i can download it on my smartphone. i tried to download electrum but i dont know how to use that to sweep my funds to it. and i have almost all of the original information to access the wallet: the passphrase, account name, the old wallet version i had, wallet i.d., wallet name, and the root keys.
does anyone know how i can get access and retrieve these funds as of now? i would appreciate it.
if armory could work on a tablet or android i would still be using it now but since they dont have that option then i need something else.
thank you

Armory only works on desktop computers (Windows/Mac/Linux). You'd need to download and install in on a computer. Restore the wallet using your rootkey backup... and then export the private keys out. Then you could sweep/import those private keys into a wallet on your tablet/phone.

As far as I'm aware, there is no other applications (computer or tablet/phone based) that can import Armory root keys, aside from Armory itself.

is it possible to *partially* restore an armory wallet but not get all the addreses back? this seems to have happened to mi recovered from a paper backup but didn't get the paper backup 100% correct
but armory went ahead and gave me my addresses and keys
but only 1/3 of the coinz seem to be there..

could such a thing happen?

It doesn't make much sense, no.

Maybe not everything has been shown or there was a bug and armory crashed or something like that?

If you restore your armory wallet with your root key, you will recover all of your private keys and therefore access to all of your coins.

Are you sure that you have checked all addresses and that 2/3 of your coins are missing? Did you maybe not include some addresses which contained funds? Like change addresses?
