There are many posts that I've about how they experienced a not so good service on this exchange. You can post it on the Scam Accusations(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) and follow the scam report format which you can find on this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0).
There's nothing we can do about it but only to warn other users of what happened to you.

Crex lists a lot of junk coins and very poor liquidity, most of the people use this exchange because they want to trade these coins. You can warn people in Scam Accusations and switch to the more quality exchange.
Your XLA coin is tradable on Bkex, which is quite reputable.

I have ever used this exchange site several times and sometimes you will need to wait so long until you will be able to withdraw your money. It was taking more than a week to withdraw my coin from crex but i have also experience with crex if the withdrawal will be broadcasted to the network a few minutes after the confirmation from me.
has your balance already deducted from your account? This exchange site is not yet blocking your account but it looks like you must wait even longer than it. You should wait several days maybe

Looks like this exchange seemingly becoming like Yoshit? or maybe this is their extension company ? having too much Junk coins and so many scam accusation , no doubt that sooner we will find this connection to the former popular russian scam exchange.

Still i have very good experience with CREX24.
there support is not too bad
they always reply
only 1 bed experience with this exchange when i was deposit WTC coin from binance and still i do not get from  last year.
the support told me that they are still using their old blockchain thats why my coins still not reached
i hope one day they will update the WTC and i will get my coins.

I will wait a few weeks, it is possible that the coins will go to the other exchange. I'm watching the case because I'm interested. coins are not reported in the total balance. I will write
